Only the Swine Survived

The Swine Ball, NashVegas’s most delightfully tacky ball, was a huge success. The “Pig Nose Optional” event was an evening filled with laughter, music, and of course great BBQ.

Who could forget about the memorable moment of the evening, the “Hog Calling” contest.  The 2011 champion was none other than Carey Bringle who is infamously known in BBQ circles as Peg Leg Porker. Goes to show the Hogs come a calling when he cooks his Q.
