Cool Cars & Hot Bikes

Welcome to Nashville with its best! The Music City BBQ Fest and Championship will again be hosting the finest display of cool cars, sharp cars, classic cars custom cars, sport trucks and motorcycles. This will be a day of family fun with music, and exhibits.

Before you enter the famous 5th Annual Music City BBQ Festival, come stroll historic Second Avenue in downtown Nashville and enjoy this large display of beautiful automobiles. This year’s show will also includes the most beautiful motorcycles with some of the best detail custom work ever to be seen on a bike! The Cool Cars and Hot Bikes Show is a free event open to the public.

WHEN: Saturday August 24, 2012
The Cool Cars and Hot Bikes Show will be from 12:30 pm to 5:00 pm, with awards at 4:30pm. DJ Entertainment starts at 12:30 p.m. Activities for the family at the BBQ Fest include the Kids Zone and live music on several stages throughout the day. Second Ave will be a work of art.

WHERE: Second Avenue North, Nashville TN.
Our fine city will be closing 2nd Avenue from Broadway to Church Street for this special show. This is a highly desirable, highly visible event that is easily accessible. The public can enter from Broadway on the sidewalk from 3rd Avenue, Commerce Street, or from Church Street.  Remember this year the Car and Bike Show is free and open to the general public.

PARTICIPATION:
There will be a limited number of spots open for this show.  Do you have a sharp car, clean ride, something to show off,  classic, lots of chrome, Boss or Z, Vette or ‘Stang, Fat Boy or Crotch Rocket, Rat rod or clean machine, 4X4 or low rider, chain or belt drive …or simply just rare? Show it off to the world!!! We highly recommend pre-registering to guarantee your spot – Nashville rarely closes Second Ave.  A portion of your registration fee goes to help the Wounded Warrior Program and the Shriners Hospital for Children®.

AUTO or BIKE CLUBS…do you have the team spirit to come out in full force? Well if you do, then you could win some dollars for your Club. The Club that has the most registered paid members showing their Bikes, Cars or Trucks at the Music City Cool Cars and Hot Bikes Show will win $500 for their club. You must be a active paid member of your club and have paid to be in this show.

TRAILER PARKING FOR CUSTOM CARS AND BIKES

We will have Gay St reserved for anyone who has their custom ride trailered in. You can park your rig on Gay St, which is one streets over first and then drive your car/bike to Second Ave. Please send me your request for a parking pass to be placed on your truck dash while your car/ bike is at the show. MUSIC CITY BBQ FESTIVAL MOTORCYCLE CRUZE IN

Second Ave South gates open 2pm till 8pm, street is ours till 1am

Special Event parking for your motorcycle will be provided for you to come to this Hog Event (BBQ Hog Event). Gates open 2pm to 8pm on Saturday August 25th 2012. We are welcoming all breeds of motorcycles to come to the Music City BBQ Festival and listen to some of the great music planned.

Your Bike will not be judged, we’re not the judgin’ kind on the South side, but we will have Second Ave South reserved for you and a rider. Now here is the BIKER’S DEAL, $25 for Bikers, but you must bring a clean bike.

1)regular Saturday BBQ Fest tickets are $20 each, you will get two of these.

2)to park on a weekend usually is $12.

Now you and “your ol’ ladies”  or your “dude”…(lol)  will pay for two BBQ fest tickets at $40 plus $12 to park, you would of paid $52 but since you and your friends love motorcycles, you can come in for only $25 per bike. You MUST be on a clean bike.

Enter on Second Avenue South from Demonbreun. YES PAST THE BARACADES WE PUT UP FOR THE CARS. See the lovely ladies at our tent on Second Ave S at Joe’s Crab Shack for your passes to park your bike and get into the Music City BBQ Festival to see Grand Funk Railroad.

We reserve the right to refuse anyone. Space may be limited. Security will  be provided till 11pm but be smart and lock you bike. Times and details may change so be sure to check back at this website before you head to the BBQ Festival and GRAND FUNK RAILROAD and par-take in all the BBQ games.
