Join the fun!

Be a part of the team for one of Nashville’s favorite smokin’ hot events. Our volunteers have donated more than 15,000 community hours organizing and working the Music City Festival & BBQ Championship.

This year, the Music City Festival and BBQ Championship will need over 450 volunteers to help make sure the party goes off without a hitch. Volunteers are needed to staff the following areas:

Front Gate Team

Green Recycle Team

Beverage Vendor Team

Infrastructure Team

Merchandise Sales Team

Volunteer Support/Hospitality Team

All volunteer positions will require extensive walking and standing outside (though most stations are shaded), and gracious guest focus is a must.  Click Here for a description of volunteer job responsibilities.
