Thank you for interest and support of the 5^th Annual Music City Festival and BBQ Championship, set for August 23-24, 2013 at Riverfront Park in downtown Nashville, TN. For information on artists and events, visit www.musiccitybbqfestival.com .

A separate application must be filled out for each member of your organization applying for credentials. If you are a freelancer on assignment, you will be required to e-mail a letter from the organization you will be representing, on their letterhead and signed by an editor, stating your specific assignment for covering Music City Festival & BBQ Championship to Frank Platt Frank@musiccitybbqfestival.com.

Individual artists, their managers and publicists, will determine their own criteria for interviews, meet & greets, photo and video opportunities. A list of those representatives will be made available to each credentialed member of the media, along with general media information, site map and parking details.

Please note that submitting an application does not constitute an agreement that you will be approved for media credentials. You will receive an e-mail confirming or denying your credentials.  If approved, you may be required to present a photo ID to match your credential at various security checkpoints at the festival. Also note that if you are approved for 2013 credentials, you will be required to voluntarily provide Music City Festival, Inc. with copies of clippings or airplay following the festival, in order to be considered for future events.
